Five routes from evaluation to simulated funding

Choose between instant simulated funding, a one-step evaluation or three two-step models. Each route has its own targets, loss limits, reward cycles and Master-account rules.

FundingPips was founded in 2022 by Khaled Ayesh. Every account is simulated: you trade a demo environment, and what you earn comes from the firm's reward programme, not from a live market position.

Five models sit side by side. Zero funds you from purchase with no evaluation. 1-Step Flex asks for a single 12% phase. Standard, Pro and Flex are two-step evaluations with very different risk profiles, from 6% of static drawdown on Pro to 12% on Flex.

What you keep depends on how often you withdraw rather than on the model alone: weekly pays the least, monthly the most. Read the reward rules of the model you pick before you buy, because the Master account is where this firm concentrates its constraints.

Trading rules

Breaks your account

  • Maximum loss

Static: the floor is set at purchase and never moves, whatever you earn.

  • Inactivity

Thirty calendar days without a fully closed trade ends the account.

  • Copy trading

Copying between different users, and letting someone else trade your account, are both forbidden. Copying between your own accounts follows the official tool and its conditions.

  • VPN and VPS

Both are forbidden by the current Responsible Trading Policy, and device and IP activity is logged.

  • Forbidden strategies

Gap trading, HFT, latency arbitrage, tick scalping, hedging across accounts, server exploits and churning all end the account.

  • Minimum days

Three days per phase, or none if you buy the 3% daily loss variant.

  • NewsFunded

Five minutes either side of a high-impact release, ten minutes around a speech. A position opened at least five hours earlier is exempt. Profit taken inside the window can be removed; a loss still counts.

  • Weekend and overnight

Free during the evaluation. On the Master account, positions are closed automatically at the end of the day unless you bought the swing add-on.

  • Striking SystemFunded

Applies above $25K on the newer 8% accounts, and on the monthly reward cycle.

  • NewsEvaluation 1

  • Automatic closeFunded

20:45–21:00 UTC in summer, 21:45–22:00 UTC in winter. It is not a breach, but that day does not count as a profitable day.

  • Expert advisors

Allowed, provided the strategy itself is. Automating a forbidden strategy does not make it allowed.

  • Per-click size

Twenty lots per order, one lot on crypto.

Verdict

PropFirmScanner verdict

FundingPips has one of the widest CFD catalogues around: instant funding, one or two phases, five or six sizes depending on the model, three platforms and four reward rhythms. The 2-Step Standard is the most balanced route, with 5% a day and 10% overall; the Pro lowers the targets but leaves only 6% of drawdown. The swing add-on makes the standard models usable overnight and over the weekend, while Zero stays strictly incompatible with holding into Saturday. The point to watch is the density of the Master rules. Striking System, risk per trade idea, news windows, consistency and profitable days all change with the model, the split, the size, the purchase date and the add-ons — so read the rules of the exact plan you are buying, not the firm's summary.

Best for

  • Day traders who want to choose their own drawdown level
  • Traders who want MetaTrader 5, cTrader or Match-Trader
  • Traders who would rather wait a month and keep 100% of the rewards
  • Swing traders willing to buy the add-on on a standard model

Things to know

  • Every account is simulated, and the rewards come from the firm, not from the market
  • Master rules vary widely between models and reward cycles
  • Zero forbids news trading and weekend holding, and breaking either ends the account
  • Two official pages currently disagree on the 2-Step Flex target and split
  • Prime is MetaTrader 5 only

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything traders ask about FundingPips.

Does FundingPips offer MetaTrader 4?

No. The supported platforms are MetaTrader 5, cTrader and Match-Trader.

Can I hold positions overnight or over the weekend?

Yes during the standard evaluations. On a Master account, overnight and weekend holding need the swing add-on; without it, positions close automatically. Zero never allows weekend holding.

Is news trading allowed?

The standard evaluations set no technical window, but deliberately trading a release is not allowed. On a Master account, profit taken by opening or closing near a release can be removed. Zero forbids opening, closing or holding in the ten minutes either side.

Which instruments can I trade?

FundingPips publishes 41 simulated CFDs: 28 forex pairs, two metals, seven cash indices, two energies and two cryptocurrencies.

Which model is the most forgiving?

The 2-Step Standard has the most conventional daily and overall limits. The 1-Step Flex and 2-Step Flex allow 12% of drawdown but add other constraints, so the answer depends on your phase, your reward cycle and your style.

Is there instant funding?

Yes, with Zero. There is no evaluation, but the risk, consistency, news and weekend rules are the strictest of the range.

How long does a reward take?

FundingPips announces one to three working days of processing, then whatever your card, bank or provider adds.
